Got the Equipment!

 Yesterday, I stopped by BEACON afterschool with my friends to get equipment. 

I was able to get a Sony A7III. I also got a 50 mil lenses, and a zoom lenses. This camera is so cool and has such amazing settings. The ISO can go lower then out school cameras, the aperture on the 50 mil can go down to 1.8, and the zoom can go down at 3.6. 

 With Jim, we discussed my desired frame rate. I choose 24 frames a second for the more cinematic look. My group and I will not be filming anything fast moving, so this is perfect. 

The other piece of equipment I checked out was a GVM 3-point light kit and wireless microphones.  

These two pieces will be extremely helpful while filming. The mics are easy to more around. The light kit will help a lot when we are filming the night time scene. I also have my own tripod that we will be using. We plan on filming the news story later today and film a lot tomorrow after the SAT.
